PATRON INFORMATION AND POLICIES
In keeping with our “green” mandate, to decrease our paper usage, we will not be printing tickets. You will be given a confirmation number by phone or e-mail.
All performances are held outdoors at The Ross Creek Centre for the Arts. This means layers and a jacket
Cancellation due to Weather
Except in extreme situations, the decision to cancel or proceed with a performance will not be made before 4:30pm. The House Management will make every effort to contact all patrons who have purchased tickets for that particular performance. Should the weather be uncertain at 4:30pm, final evaluation of the weather conditions will be made at 5:45pm by the Stage Manager, General Manager & Equity Deputy. Patrons will be able to exchange tickets for an alternate performance.
Extreme weather includes thunder, lightning or down pour
Mist & light rain are not considered extreme
There are no refunds for rain dates, exchanges only
Ticket Exchange
Except for weather, tickets must be exchanged a minimum of 72 hours in advance and is subject to availability. An exchange fee of $5.00 per ticket will apply.
Refund Policy
We are delighted to exchange according the above conditions, but there are no refunds
Tickets
We have no paper tickets, but your confrimation number may be received from the Centre during regular Box Office hours
(10am -3pm Monday – Friday) or 90 minutes before the show starts.
Seating
Seating is general admission, on a first come first served basis. Seating is bleacher-style. We will provide you with a blanket, but you may want to bring a cushion. Seating is limited to a maximum of 120, therefore personal lawn chairs cannot be permitted in the theatre area. Please arrive at the Centre 30 minutes before the show starts. We have a lovely property and gallery you can visit, concessions available and wine from one of our fabulous local wineries.
Latecomers
Latecomers will be seated at a suitable break in the performance by an usher.
Special Seating Requirements
Please let us know at the time of booking, if you require wheelchair access, or have special seating requirements.
Picnic Area
Our picnic area opens at 4pm.
Pets
We prefer not to have dogs at Ross Creek for performances, however we do have a dog-sitting service for the duration of the play. ALL DOGS using this service must be leashed and well behaved and will be dogsat on the property away from the performance and camp venues. Nervous, loud or aggressive dogs
are not able to use this service and we reserve the right to refuse. Dogs cannot be left unattended in your vehicle.
