PATRON INFORMATION AND POLICIES
In keeping with our “green” mandate, to decrease our paper usage, we will not be printing tickets. You will be given a confirmation number by phone or e-mail.
All performances are held outdoors at The Ross Creek Centre for the Arts, unless inclement weather drives us into our beautiful inside stages. If the show is outside, please dress for variety. This means layers and a jacket.
Change due to Weather
Except in extreme situations, the decision to move the show indoors or proceed with an outdoor performance will not be made before 4:30pm (8:00 pm for the fire side show). The House Management will make every effort to contact all patrons who have purchased tickets for that particular performance. Should the weather be uncertain at 4:30pm (8:00 pm), final evaluation of the weather conditions will be made at 5:45pm (9:15pm) by the Stage Manager, & Equity Deputy. Patrons will be able to see the show inside in a beautiful studio under theatre lights, or exchange tickets for an alternate performance. The ONLY time we cancel is if we begin the show outdoors and are forced to stop the show midway for sudden and prolonged weather, in which case we will issue rain cheques or turn your ticket money into a donation, whichever you prefer.
Extreme weather includes thunder, lightning or down pour
Mist & light rain are not considered extreme
There are no refunds for rain dates, exchanges only, or the indoor show.
Except for weather, tickets must be exchanged a minimum of 72 hours in advance and is subject to availability. An exchange fee of $5.00 per ticket will apply.

We have no paper tickets, but your confrimation number may be received from the Centre during regular Box Office hours (10am -3pm Monday – Friday) or 90 minutes before the show starts.
Seating is general admission, on a first come first served basis. Seating is bleacher-style. We will provide you with a blanket, but you may want to bring a cushion. We also rent our stadium cushion with backs for only $3.45 and they are wonderful! Seating is limited to a maximum of 110, therefore personal lawn chairs cannot be permitted in the theatre area. Please arrive at the Centre 30 minutes before the show starts (one hour in case of picnic). We have a lovely property and gallery you can visit, concessions available and wine from one of our fabulous local wineries.
Latecomers will be seated at a suitable break in the performance by an usher.
Special Seating Requirements
Please let us know at the time of booking, if you require wheelchair access, or have special seating requirements.
Our picnic area opens at 4pm.
While we discourage pets from coming to the centre during camp and performances, we do offer a dog sitting service for those who cannot leave their dogs at home. No more than three dogs per night, and no aggressive, loud or nervous dogs will be allowed to use this service. Two young men will walk your dog, play with him or her away from the camp and playing area and treat him or her to a fun romp in the field. If you would like this option, please prebook on our ticket order form or call our box office. Please bring a leash, water and food dish and any treats your dog likes. We do reserve the right to refuse a dog. No dogs may be left in the cars unattended. Dog Sitting Service – $15.00 for the evening.
